Subproject for FAIR meta data management
Cmart is a collaboration between DESY, University of Göttingen, Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Fraunhofer Research Institution for Individualized Medical Technology and Engineering and the University of Rostock.
In the scope of this project, CDMA will work on the development of meta data schemas, as well as their ontology-based implementation in electronic laboratory notebooks like herbie or eLabFTW. Furthermore, CDMA will improve the user experience around the creation of ontology-based meta data schemas by developing and providing various graphical user interfaces. Also CDMA will work on an automatic log-file parser to extract valuable information directly from the data logged by the accelerators at DESY during experiments and measurements. This information gets stored under FAIR-principles so that the data can be easily searched, accessed and processed in later experiments.
Project management: Prof. Dr. Berit Zeller-Plumhoff
Project members: Jan-Hendrik Fabricius
External cooperation partners: Catriona Eschke und Fabian Kirchner, Institut für Metallische Biomaterialien, Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon
